Rayward Jr. (shown on the left) started assisting his father at the age of 8. In 1999, he became a full partner in the family tree service company. Following his father's passing in 2017, Rayward Jr. took over as the sole owner of Rayward Williamson Tree Service. As an Certified Arborist, he possesses a deep knowledge of the trees native to the central Texas region, surpassing that of many in the industry.
